Who Ate All The Pies has a policy of
'slow & steady wins the race'.
We will not compromise taste for speed.
Our meats are seared to lock in the flavours then slowly braised for 3-4 hours. Wholesome, quality ingredients, sourced from local growers and suppliers, where possible, are added to create unique taste sensations to delight the palette.
All you need to do is add your favourite vegetables to your plate to create a culinary meal. But if it's fast and nourishing you are after, we make an individual pie ideal for the quick meal on the go.
WHAT'S ON THE OUTSIDE ?
We are renowned for our pastry. We firmly believe that a pie without a first class pastry will always be a disappointment.
Using the finest flours and shortenings we mix our perfect pastry and roll it out as thinly as possible, maximising the meat filling and preventing the stodgy, chewy sensation that accompanies the thick pastry of mass production factory pies.
